1. Digital Product & License Policy

Our products (antivirus software, security tools, and licenses) are digital and non-tangible, and access/license keys are delivered immediately after purchase.

Because of the nature of digital security products, all sales are final once a license key has been issued or the product has been downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • You purchased a product by mistake and did not activate or download the license.
  • You encounter a technical issue that makes the product unusable and our support team cannot resolve it.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] with:

  • Full name
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Order ID
  • Product purchased
  • Reason for refund request

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Activated or used license keys
  • Software that has been downloaded
  • Purchase of subscription renewals
  • Promotional or discounted products
