1. Digital Product & License Policy
Our products (antivirus software, security tools, and licenses) are digital and non-tangible, and access/license keys are delivered immediately after purchase.
Because of the nature of digital security products, all sales are final once a license key has been issued or the product has been downloaded.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only if:
- You purchased a product by mistake and did not activate or download the license.
- You encounter a technical issue that makes the product unusable and our support team cannot resolve it.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for refund request
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
